Upgrades from General Admiss to Pits are available for $17

 

 **  To qualify for reduced admission entry as a Pensioner, one of the following criteria must be met:

  ^  Holders of a valid Australian Government issued Pension Concession Card*  including listed dependants will qualify for the pension rate.

  ^  Holders of a valid Australian Government issued Veteran Affairs Pension Card*

Track Information

Brisbane International Speedway, also known as Archerfield Speedway is located at 63 Colebard St West, Archerfield.

It's gates have been open since 1978 when speedway was run on a Sunday afternoon. The venue has been well-patronised since then, and it has hosted national titles in the following categories:

• Sprintcars • Super Sedans • Speedcars • AMCAs • Compact Speedcars • Microsprints

This coming season marks 25 years under lights for Archerfield Speedway. The lights were first turned on in 1981. The track is 400 metres, fully enclosed with surrounding concrete wall and 6 metre high safety catch fence.

The Amenities include Grandstand Seating on the main straight, three tiers of concrete seating in turn three and grassed terrace seating on surrounding sides.
There is Wheel Chair access to most areas. Catering facilities include as many as five food and two liquor outlets for large events.

At BIS we have Air Conditioned Corporate Boxes available to meet your every need.

There are 4 Corporate Boxes available trackside, located on the main straight. Each Corporate box has a seating capacity of 12 with full catering available on request.

A main Corporate Box is also available which has a seating capacity of 20 with a marquee capable of holding up to 50 people. Full catering is also available on request.

VIP Parking & Tickets are also available with some Corporate Box packages.

  Competitors:

  All current Brisbane International Speedway events are Speedway Australia sanctioned events,

  running under the Speedway Australia Rule book, officiated by Speedway Australia officials.

  Competitors wishing to participate in a Speedway Australia sanctioned event are required to

  hold a Speedway Australia licence.
